The Birth Doula Support includes support regardless of the method of delivery (natural, cesarean or VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean)) and in the setting of your choice (home, birthing center or hospital).

It includes:

• Two meetings (approximately 3 hours each) to get to know each other and create a safe and trusting environment for your birth. You will have the opportunity to address all your concerns, ask questions, and receive information tailored to your needs to take with you into your birthing space. We will discuss your options, as well as your wishes and intentions for the birth

• Support by email and telephone throughout the pregnancy

• 24h on-call, from 2 weeks before and after your estimated due date until your birth

• Continuous doula support during birth. I will be with you until you have your baby, no matter how long it may take

• Comfort measures to cope with pain

• Holding your birth space

• Support for the person (co-parent or other) you have chosen to be present at your birth

• A postpartum session to reflect on the birth experience and support you in whatever way you are needing it

  Option for additional visits and support before and after the birth, according to your personal needs.
